Registered Nurse – Critical Care

The Opportunity
This is a Registered Nurse role in our Critical Care Unit where you will utilise initiative and critical thinking to support our patients. As a Registered Nurse you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager, and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided. In this role there is the opportunity to progress your skillset in line with a Clinical Nurse Specialist role.

To be successful in this role you will be a positive and effective team player who brings excellent clinical and interpersonal skills. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage your time effectively to meet your responsibilities.
You will also demonstrate:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a Critical Care environment
- Demonstrated ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patients
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment and autonomously as required
- Advanced communication and customer service skills
- Team Leader experience or leadership skills are desirable
Flexibility to work across a wide range of shift types on a 7-day roster.
Remuneration
On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $36.65 - $51.47 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8) [FTE $72,420.40- $101,704.72].

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
