What you’ll do

Are you a passionate and driven Pharmacist looking to make a real impact? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our experienced team at Wollongong Private Hospital!

As the Clinical Pharmacist, you play a key role in delivering expert medication management in the dispensary and clinical services to hospital wards.

• Provide best practice pharmacy services and exceptional patient-centred care as part by ensuring medication safety and optimising medication management
• Work closely with the hospital team to educate staff and counsel patients on medication usage
• Cultivate a collaborative and positive teamwork culture that empowers everyone to excel

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
• High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of dispensing software
• You love working in a collaborative team and thrive in a friendly working environment.
• Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is highly regarded but not essential.

It is a mandatory requirement that you provide: 

• Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
• A national police check conducted within the last 12 months
