About the Role
Our Cardiac Catheter Labs run Monday to Friday and provide 24/7 acute on-call service. With two state-of-the-art labs offering a wide range of procedures, including interventional cardiology, structural heart, vascular, interventional radiology, and pain management.
We are currently offering a permanent part-time position. In this role, you will be responsible for Scrub, Scout, and Monitoring duties across a range of procedures such as:
- Coronary Angiography.
- Percutaneous Coronary Intervention.
- Pacemaker and Defibrillator Implantation.
- Structural Heart Interventions.
- Cardiac Electrophysiology.
- Interventional Radiology and Pain Management.
- Endovascular and Open Vascular Procedures.
About You
We are seeking motivated and adaptable Registered Nurses with a passion for cardiac care and a commitment to high-quality clinical outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Minimum two years of post-graduate experience in an acute care setting.
- Recent experience in a cardiac catheter lab (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Post-graduate qualifications (highly regarded).

Facilities include 9 state-of-the-art operating theatres, two cardiac catheter laboratories, a minor procedure room, a day surgery unit, an 11-bed intensive care unit/coronary care unit and an 9 chair day therapy unit. Medical consulting suites are located onsite together with comprehensive pathology and radiology services.

Requirements
- Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
