The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse with a background in Critical Care to join our Theatre Recovery team at Pindara Private Hospital. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about patient safety, clinical excellence, and working collaboratively within a specialised perioperative setting.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Proven clinical experience within a Critical Care setting and/or Theatre Recovery.
• A strong dedication to providing high-quality, patient-focused care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.

Skills and Experience

• Relevant registration with AHPRA as Registered Nurse.
• Minimum three (3) in a nursing role essential, preferably surgical/critical care
• Previous experience working across operating theatres/recovery desirable.
• Demonstrate the ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient.
• Exhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilities.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required
