The Opportunity
We are seeking Registered Nurses to work on our Inpatient Ward at Albury Wodonga Private Hospital. Inpatient Ward is a busy medical and surgical ward covering a wide range of procedures including orthopaedic, gastro-intestinal, ENT, urology, gynaecological and general surgery. Medical specialties include cardiac and respiratory medicine.
We are looking for an experienced nurse with excellent patient assessment skills, the ability to work independently as well as part of a team to meet the challenges and needs of our patients.
With the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager you will perform your duties to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of Ramsay Health Care
Skills and Experience
- Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum two (2) years medical/surgical experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a strong customer service focus
- Demonstrate the ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of patient.
- Exhibits exceptional customer service and time management abilities
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others.
- Ability to work a 7 day rotating roster across morning, afternoon and night shifts
