About the role

Position: Administration Assistant

Location: North Fremantle

Status: Full Time 

Duties

  • Invoicing
  • Effectively respond to all customer enquiries/issues directed to the bookings area via phone/email
  • Support Customer Transactions: Assist with quotes, order processing, and coordinating logistics, ensuring a smooth customer journey.
  • Facilitate Solutions: Collaborate with experienced team members to provide custom solutions that meet our customers' requirements.
  • Problem solve using own initiative, keeping Qube customers and major clients updated with progress
  • Data management
  • Working as a team and communicate effectively across all sections of the business
  • Work within Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations in all areas of role
  • Demonstrate inclusive behaviour and show respect for diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives

About You

  • Sound computer knowledge and able to pick up new computer systems quickly
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional telephone and email etiquette
  • Reliable, team player, with a can-do attitude
  • Strong data entry and accuracy
  • Outstanding attention to detail, time management, and organisation skills
  • Customer Service experience with client focus
  • Solid experience within a fast-paced and demanding role 
  • Prior experience with logistics environment 
  • Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint skills preferred
