About the role
 
Position: Warehouse Supervisor
 
Location: North Fremantle
 
Status: Full-time
 
Duties
 
  • Organise and supervise day shift warehouse floor staff to ensure smooth running of day to day operations
  • Supervise and assist with administrators in order to meet operational requirements
  • Ensuring all daily tasks are completed in a timely fashion which includes container unpacks, truck loading, order completion, downstacks etc
  • Answering customer queries where needed
  • Ensure all safety processes are adhered to
  • Complete all cleaning and safety checklists each week.
  • Following dairy and safe food protocols to meet quality requirements and reporting non conformances
  • Reporting on all shift activities and issues regularly ensuring a seamless transition between shifts
  • Perform ad hoc duties as requested by your Manager
  • Working as a team across all sections of the business
  • Act within company and legislative SHE requirements at all times and promote safe working practices across all departments and teams
 
About You
  • Sound computer knowledge and able to pick up new computer systems quickly
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Reliable, team player, with a can-do attitude
  • Flexible approach with strong business acumen
  • Strong data entry and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise projects and activities
  • Outstanding attention to detail, time management, and organisation skills
  • Focused and compliant with all safe work practices
  • Experience in Transport and Logistics (preferred)
  • Microsoft Word, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint skills (preferred)
  • Email management, Data Entry and Digital Calendars skills (preferred)
