Job Description

This position serves as the confidential executive assistant to the Vice Provost for Academic Resource Management. The Executive Assistant works independently and is responsible for all administrative support including but not limited to calendar management, travel, correspondence, management of workflows, resolution of issues, approval of leave by proxy, lease processing, database administration and acts as a liaison for the Vice Provost.  

Required Qualifications

The ability to understand and apply university policies and procedures; a high degree of skill in communication and interpersonal relations; strong organization and coordinative skills, demonstrated experience managing office activities and administrative work; ability to work without close supervision; ability to direct and supervise others; a knowledge and command of word processing principles and methods; experience with Excel spreadsheets; and experience as an executive or administrative assistant in a highly confidential setting.
