Job Summary:

This role is responsible for coordinating and facilitating college-wide systems and processes within the District Educational Partnership office in support of dual enrollment and college transition programs.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Performance Requirements*
⦁ Works closely with the District Director of Educational Partnerships to support all campus Educational Partnerships offices in the planning, operationalizing, managing, and evaluation of college-wide dual enrollment programs
⦁ Implements and manages all college-wide Texas House Bill 5 college readiness courses and programs with support from the campus Educational Partnerships offices
⦁ Leads the development of course crosswalks and alignments for all dual enrollment partnerships and provides on-going support to ensure compliance with college catalog updates
⦁ Assists in organizing and facilitating meetings between TCCD and partner ISD/high schools to initiate Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) and develop dual enrollment partnerships
⦁ Creates and maintains documentation for college-wide processes relating to educational partnerships (i.e., Memorandums of Understanding, Data Sharing Agreements, Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) requirements, Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) compliance, etc.)
⦁ Works closely with campus testing centers and the Directors of Academic Affairs – Educational Partnerships to develop and support the college's testing partnership agreements and processes with K-12 partners
⦁ Develops and conducts trainings, outreach campaigns, and promotional events concerning dual enrollment and Texas House Bill 5 college readiness programs
⦁ Collaborates with the Office of Communications, Public Relations and Marketing to develop and update promotional materials and web communications for TCC Educational Partnerships, and oversees ongoing dual enrollment information website maintenance
⦁ Coordinates with dual enrollment faculty liaisons to develop and implement professional development programming for all dual credit faculty (embedded, full-time, and adjunct)
⦁ Partners with Institutional Research to prepare and disseminate reports for all dual enrollment students and programs
⦁ Works in conjunction with other district offices and campus divisions to ensure effective and efficient educational partnerships operations

⦁ Attends the workplace regularly, reports to work punctually, and follows a work schedule to keep up with the demands of the worksite
⦁ Completes all required training and professional development sessions sponsored through Tarrant County College (TCC)
⦁ Supports the mission, values, goals, and principles of the College

Supervision
⦁ Works under the general supervision of the assigned department leadership

Required Minimum Qualifications:

⦁ Master's degree and one (1) year working experience related to the Essential Performance Requirements; or any equivalent combination of education and work-related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

⦁ At least one (1) year’s working experience in a multi-campus community college setting related to the Essential Performance Requirements
⦁ At least one (1) year’s working experience in the K-12 education system or Dual Credit course delivery
⦁ At least one (1) year’s working experience developing and implementing inter-institutional agreements
⦁ At least one (1) year’s working experience in data and report analysis

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

⦁ Knowledge of THECB regulations and SACSCOC compliance
⦁ Skilled in excellent customer service and interpersonal relationships including strong listening, verbal, and written communication
⦁ Skilled with computerized systems, word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
⦁ Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
⦁ Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
⦁ Ability to think critically to effectively solve and communicate problems in a fast-paced environment where the demands for work are varied, and unpredictable in scope and volume
⦁ Ability to be an extremely effective, independent, and resourceful team player
⦁ Ability to analyze data and provide sound recommendations based on policy, procedure, practice, and existing regulations while exhibiting strong attention to detail and organization
⦁ Ability to complete work to meet College and campus deliverables, delegating when necessary
