Success in this role requires a strong understanding of a wide range of industries and businesses, along with current, in-depth knowledge of TCC’s campuses, programs, and services. The ability to build and maintain productive relationships with college leadership is essential. The position also demands excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills, as well as a strategic mindset focused on expanding the college’s client base and overall profitability. The Specialist is expected to dedicate 90 percent of their time to direct fundraising activities. |
