Specialist I, Learning Commons - Writing Center South Campus
Reporting to the assigned campus leader, this role provides front-line customer service to students, employees, and the public at the TCC Learning Commons. This position is responsible for cross-training in multiple areas with the ability to assist with clerical, customer service, learning lab, library, and other professional duties throughout the Learning Commons.

This role is a transitional role with the expectation that new hires successfully obtain certification and move into the Career Advisor role within one year of hire.
