Position Summary: |
The duties and responsibilities for the Administrative Coordinator for Constituent Engagement & Executive Appointments include supporting the overall office through a variety of tasks related to the office’s strategies and goals in line with the Governor’s vision and priorities.
Duties and Responsibilities: |
• Assist with office administrative functions including, but not limited to, updating contact lists, ordering or restocking supplies, producing outreach materials, record archiving, etc
• Deliver high quality service to Arizonans in person or via phone, e-mail, and other methods of communication
• Assist with the executive appointments process for potential board/commission candidates
• Prepare and execute appointment documents for Governor-approved candidates
• Prepare and execute on all proclamation and commendation requests
• Conduct data entry via CRM system
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail
• Other duties as assigned

• Knowledge of appropriate computer software including Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Analyzing information

• Reporting skills
Position Preferences: |
• Ability to successfully pass a background check
• Three years of administrative experience
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Valid Arizona driver’s license
• Associates degree
