Schedule and/or ensure inspections are performed according to regulatory timeframes. Participates in and/or leads staff, advisory committee, and/or stakeholder organization meetings. Provides technical assistance to providers and consumers. Requests/analyzes/ oversees/responds to feedback from clients on services. Develops standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, and other performance-related metrics. Oversees training program for new employees. Generates training materials and gives presentations to internal/external stakeholders as assigned. Supervises, directs, and provides advice and guidance to lower-level worker.
