Group Facilitator - Office of Community Corrections - Berkshire County in Pittsfield
Make a meaningful impact as a Group Facilitator for our Intimate Partners Abuse Education Program. This contract position involves facilitating quality IPAEP groups, conducting client assessments, and maintaining compliance with DPH standards and approved curriculum. This is a part-time position working 27-30 hours per week. This position is funded through an Interdepartmental Services Agreement (ISA) with the Department of Health and Human Services.

Law Clerk - Massachusetts Appeals Court in various locations
Law clerks are law school graduates who each work with one (and occasionally more than one) of the Justices. They perform a variety of responsibilities, including preparing for oral arguments, writing legal memoranda, and assisting in researching and drafting judicial decisions. The Appeals Court expects to hire approximately twenty-six law clerks for the 2026-2027 court year (August of 2026 through August of 2027). Interviews will be conducted and hiring decisions will be made on a rolling basis between August and December, 2025.
