Summary of Position: The Digital Content Manager develops and executes Indiana Wesleyan University’s (IWU) comprehensive social media and digital content strategy, with a primary focus on driving enrollment and social media growth and engagement. This position is part of the Communications team within the Marketing department and reports to the Director of Communications. The Digital Content Manager builds brand awareness, collaborates frequently with teams across Marketing and the broader campus community, generates inbound traffic, and supports enrollment and alumni engagement through compelling, platform-specific storytelling and clear calls to action. The role ensures consistent messaging across all digital channels and cultivates a strong social media referral and alumni network for IWU. Additionally, this role provides writing and editorial support for broader marketing communications, including blogs, articles, promotional copy, and video/radio scripts. The ideal candidate is a versatile, skilled communicator capable of handling writing assignments across multiple formats and audiences.
