Job Summary/Basic Functions The Learning and Development Facilitator will train and develop events based on assessed needs using in-house resources as well as those available outside the TRC/Training Branch such as universities, experts in their fields, private contractors, etc. The incumbent will provide training to Cabinet for Health and Family Service in the area of TANF, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program/SNAP, Child Care, Medicaid program and/or Health Benefits Exchange. The position will be flexible regarding work location. |
Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field required.Master's preferred. Experience: At least one year of related work experience in Family Support required. Preference will be given to candidates that have experience and knowledge of SNAP, Medicaid, CCAP or KTAP (depending on what is needed at the time). Licensure & Certifications: |
