Job Summary/Basic Functions

The Coordinator of Fraternity & Sorority Life (FSL) and Student Organizations (RSOs) assists with the operations of FSL, RSOs, and leadership programming. Provides training, advising, education, administrative support, and programming to students of RSOs, students interested in leadership programming, and to the FSL community. Advising fraternity and sorority governing councils and providing educational opportunities is done from time to time outside of the scheduled hours of 8 to 4:30 and may require an alternative schedule including evenings and weekends.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree is required.

Experience: One year of related experience is required.

Job Duties:

  • 35% - Support the operations and advisement of the fraternity & sorority life community. This will include meetings during the evening and on weekends. - (Essential)
  • 25% - Support the management and development of registered student organizations. Including RSO programming that may be provided in the evening or on weekends. - (Essential)
  • 25% - Develop and support campus student leadership development programming. This will include educational programming presented in the evening and on weekends. - (Essential)
  • 15% - Supports the office functions by completing all other duties and special projects as assigned. - (Essential)

Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending upon the needs of the unit, available sponsorship budget, and the qualifications of the candidate.
