Job Summary/Basic Functions The Associate Director of College Enrollment Strategy will lead and mentor a team of 6 College Enrollment Counselors, focusing on recruiting exploratory and general studies students. This role is responsible for developing and executing data-informed recruitment strategies, managing key relationships, and representing Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) at various recruitment events. The Associate Director will be pivotal in promoting EKU’s academic offerings, maintaining the integrity of recruitment processes, and ensuring a high standard of outreach and engagement with prospective students. |
