Job Summary/Basic Functions The Department of Language and Cultural Studies, Anthropology and Sociology is currently seeking a Graduate Assistant to support El Centro initiatives with recruitment, retention, and graduation starting the Spring 2025 semester. Candidates will assist with university-wide efforts through peer mentoring, as well as community outreach and tutoring with Actividades Bilingues. Candidate will work closely with the Bobby Verdugo and Yoli Rios Bilingual Peer Mentor and Tutoring Center, CIEGE, and other offices on campus. Required: candidates must be bilingual in Spanish/English. Must be available for evening and weekend hours when required. Review of qualified candidates will begin immediately and continue until position is filled. |

Minimum Qualifications Education: Must be enrolled in EKU's Graduate School Experience: Candidates must be bilingual Spanish/English with undergraduate coursework in Spanish. Candidates must qualify for graduate assistantships as outlined by the EKU Graduate School (http://gradschool.eku.edu/graduate-assistantships). |
