 Job Summary/Basic Functions The Coordinator of Aquatics & Youth Programs will provide oversight to the SRC Aquatic Center, as well as Aquatic and Youth programs. This position is responsible for creating and delivering events; hiring, training and supervising student employees; facilitating risk management training and ensuring Campus Recreation meets University, local, state, and national requirements with regard to aquatic facility and youth program management. This position oversees administrative functions and management of policies, programs and services that impact and enhance student life, department goals and learning outcomes.  |

 Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in exercise and sports science, sports management, recreation, and leisure, and/or related field required. Experience: One years of relevant experience in a multi-use aquatic facility; supervising programs, staff, and events. One-year teaching experience in the area of aquatics in higher education preferred. Licensure & Certifications: Red Cross Life Guarding and current Red Cross LGI certification.  |
