Job Summary/Basic Functions An HR Business Partner with assigned College(s) or administrative departments to establish and implement HR strategies, initiatives, and activities that will foster effectiveness and efficiency, while also aiding in recruitment, motivation, and retention of talented employees. Business Partners with management and serves proactively as the HR resource/liaison with the units to assess human resources needs, provide HR analysis, ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies, recommend HR solutions to assist leaders in managing human resources, and deliver HR services in areas such as Employment, Employee Relations, Compensation, Organizational Design, Performance Management,and Training & Development and Investigations. |

Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Human resources, business, psychology, or related field. Experience: 3 years of related work experience required. Licensure & Certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent certification is preferred. |
