Job Summary/Basic Functions

Create and manage social media and engagement including writing, filming, and designing
Provide administrative help preparing materials for teacher and student programs
Assist with planning, setup, execution of Financial Literacy Fair, teacher workshops, and virtual programs
Minimal work on Center contact database management

Student must be able to work 10 hours per week with flexible hours except for specific events.

This job requires a creative person who is organized, detail-oriented and a good time manager. Self-motivation, dependability, punctuality, and success in meeting deadlines are necessary. People skills, social media skills, computer literacy, and effective written and verbal communication skills are required. Ability and willingness to lift up to 25 lbs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be enrolled at EKU.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
  • Enjoy working in an office setting
  • Candidates must be self-motivated and adhere to strict confidentiality rules.
