Job Summary/Basic Functions The Assistant/Associate Director provides strategic leadership within Academic Affairs by optimizing the technological infrastructure underpinning Academic Affairs advising strategies and orchestrating and overseeing the technical lifecycle of Credit for Prior Learning (CPL). Key responsibilities of this position will be: developing and supporting academic advising strategies; providing technical support for Credit for Prior Learning; representing Academic Affairs on institutional committees and task forces; staying current on emerging CPL trends and advising technology; and executing special assignments and responsibilities as needed. |

Minimum Qualifications Education: Master's degree in Higher Ed, Counseling, or a related field. Experience: 3 years in academic advising, credit for prior learning, Registrar, or equivalent. Proficiency in Banner, Slate and Degree Audit systems, Microsoft Office. Experience leading projects or small committees. Licensure & Certifications: |
