Job Summary: The Department of Teaching and Learning at Drake University invites applications for an Adjunct Instructor to teach a three-credit, dual-enrolled (undergraduate/graduate) course titled Methods of Secondary Social Studies. This course is scheduled to run from August, 2025 through December, 2025 and will meet one evening per week (3 hours) in a face-to-face format on Drake’s campus in Des Moines, Iowa. |
Minimum Qualifications: · Master’s degree (or higher) in Education, Social Studies Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field. |
Preferred Qualifications: · Experience teaching or mentoring pre-service teachers in higher education settings |
