Job Summary: CPHS is excited to launch a search for a full-time Clinical, Skills, & Simulation Laboratory Coordinator in the Accelerated BSN program. This position represents an unique opportunity for an outstanding individual to join our innovative healthcare degree program. The Coordinator will manage the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of experiences within the various clinical, skills, and simulation learning labs. They will also adapt an interdisciplinary approach to all functions of the college and community partners. |
Minimum Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or a related field preferred. Demonstrated experience and knowledge in the education of nurses in clinical practice or nursing students is desired. Experience in a simulation laboratory or clinical education setting; simulation certification including CHSE (Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator) or CHSOS (Certified Healthcare Simulation Operations Specialist), or interest in obtaining credentials; instructor certification in BLS are preferred. |
