Working under minimal supervision, this position will answer and address duty calls from Public Safety, perform regular rounds of building mechanical rooms, investigate potential issues, adjust building automation system which serves HVAC equipment, inspects and performs regular preventative maintenance across campus. This position will also assist with the seasonal changeover from cooling to heating and vice versa.
