The Director of Jazz Ensemble II will be in charge of rehearsals and preparation for performances of two concerts of music written for the instrumental jazz ensembles. Must have high school or collegiate jazz ensemble directing experience. MUS 145 Jazz Ensemble II is a 1 credit class meeting twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays 11:00 AM - 12:10 PM for one semester (15 weeks per semester).

Reporting to the Senior Director of the Adams Leadership Institute, this role focuses on operational execution, administrative coordination, and instructional support to ensure the successful implementation of co-curricular leadership experiences for Drake students. The position collaborates closely with campus partners, student staff, and program stakeholders to maintain high-quality student engagement and event experiences.
