About the role
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing a confidential executive support service to members of the Executive Management Team Director of Clinical Services and Clinical Leadership team. Key result areas include – executive administrative and business support, function coordination, customer and community liaison service and personal support to key roles in the executive management team at Calvary Adelaide Hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary management
- Administrative duties
- Committee management, including minute taking
- Events and function coordination
- Liaising with key stakeholders internal and external to the hospital
What you bring
- High level experience in administration at Executive Level
- Extensive computer skills including advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher), web based marketing software and access databases.
- Ability to work in a small and supportive team
- Advanced written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships through effective interpersonal relations.
- Commitment to a high level of customer service and ongoing service improvement
