Job Summary Owensboro Community and Technical College is recruiting for a Program Facilitator/Career Navigator position to help adult students achieve their career and educational goals through innovative work and learn programs. This position supports student success by providing recruitment, retention, and intervention efforts for certificate programs and other short-term credential pathways. This position guides students from enrollment to completion, helping them overcome barriers to stay on track. Occasional evening hours may be required for recruiting events and success coach services. This position reports to our Workforce Solutions department. |
Job Duties: • Recruit students for work and learn and short-term credential programs, as well as other workforce development initiatives, and apprenticeship programs. This will involve making weekly posts to social media platforms and other strategic marketing efforts. |
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (Communication, Business, Social Sciences, Student Services, Educational Leadership, or related areas) and four (4) years related work experience or equivalent. |
