Job Duties
This is a budget allocation position that could be reduced or increased which is determined by the Supreme Court of Virginia. This is a court of confidentiality that requires proficient computer skills, scanning, filing and willingness to work with at team or on their own once experience is gained.
Customer service is a daily routine while interacting with customers at the counter and on the phone. Data entry, processing service, filing, handling mail and any other duties that has been assigned once more experience is gained.
Minimum Qualifications
Must have computer experience, be motivated to complete tasks on their own as required and works well as a team player assisting other employees as requested by management.
Additional Considerations
Customer service, keyboarding, data entry, and filing experience preferred.
