CLSCC Enterprise Application Analyst in Nashville
The position will be involved in technical areas ranging from support of enterprise business logic, delivery of new initiatives supporting Ellucian’s Banner ERP, and planning, implementation, and support of the varied ecosystem of 3rd party applications that augment the ERP functionality. This position will also support reporting initiatives and other process improvements as required by campus needs. This entails: • Working closely with functional users to identify needs and problems • Translating functional requirements into technical specifications • Developing innovative solutions utilizing Banner administrative and self-service applications, as well as third-party systems/applications to support and enhance business operations • Working with the Ellucian SMO (Satellite Maintenance Office) as an integrated team • Applying best-practice and established system analysis procedures • Utilizing design and programming concepts, principles and standards. This position is responsible for supporting functional user needs, ERP integrations, and business logic while providing technical support for other student information-related projects for the campus. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely with the occasional need to travel to the System office and community college for in person meetings.
