During the spring semester, the role will focus on supporting students in clinical placements, aiding communication with clinical personnel, and conducting clinical site visits and check-ins to monitor student progress. This position offers the opportunity to mentor future histotechnicians while fostering strong relationships with clinical partners and providing essential support across academic and clinical training phases.

Part-time EMT Instructor in Arnold/Main Campus
We're looking for instructors that are enthusiastic and engaging with students, and willing to be a team player with other full time and part time faculty and staff members. The Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality education and training to EMT or Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) students, preparing them for state and national certification exams and field practice. This role involves developing, implementing and grading within the EMS curriculum, conducting classroom lectures, and hands-on skills labs. The instructor collaborates with full-time instructors and the Director of EMS to ensure students receive comprehensive and current EMS education. Additionally, the instructor must maintain their own certifications and pursue continuing education to stay updated with advancements in emergency medical services.

The surgical technology program is looking for instructors who are enthusiastic and engaging with students and who are willing to be part of a team with other full time and part time faculty. We currently need clinical instructors who are responsible for observing and evaluating students in the hospital setting and helping to maintain positive relationships with clinical site personnel. The AACC Writing Center is looking for tutors to staff our in-person, Zoom on Demand (online drop in), and Virtual Writing Center (Zoom by appointment) services. Modalities are in-person at the Arnold campus (daytime) and online synchronous (Zoom) during daytime, evening, or weekend hours. Tutors assist students in all disciplines and members of the community at any stage of the writing process with organization, structure, conformity with assignment, grammar/mechanics, ethical source use, and documentation (MLA or APA).
