Position Summary The program coordinator is responsible for managing the daily processes within the student non academic misconduct conduct process. These responsibility includes developing reports, maintaining confidential student information, managing the student conduct database, conducting presentations, resolving allegation of non academic misconduct and corresponding with different campus constituents. The coordinator will also assist the director of student conduct with program assessment and special projects associated with campus-wide efforts or initiatives designed to enhance student retention, including eradication of achievement gaps, and completion. Where appropriate, the coordinator is expected to collaborate with other student services units on matters related to co-curricular learning. The coordinator reports to the Director of Community Standards, and is a member of the Dean of Student Development staff. Pay dates occur on the 7th and 22nd of each month. If those dates fall on a weekend, the pay date occurs on the Friday prior to the 7th and 22nd. As an employee of the college, you are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package. |
Job Duties and Responsibilities Perform tasks related to compliance including maintaining accurate and complete campus disciplinary records in accordance with applicable College policies and make regular updates to associated databases; |
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher |
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with program assessment, including utilization of the Council for the Advancement of Standards |
