Position Summary This position provides administrative and office support to the Human Resources Department. Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Department, including calendar management for HR leadership, preparation and distribution of correspondence and reports, coordination of meetings and events, and daily management of the HR mailbox and general inquiries. Oversees office operations such as supply management, mail processing, visitor support, and maintenance of labor law postings. Manages financial and procurement activities, including purchase requisitions and invoice processing. HR systems and compliance functions, including I-9 and E-Verify processing, employment verifications, web content updates, institutional membership tracking, and coordination with the ethics commission. |

Job Duties and Responsibilities Manage calendars for the Executive Director and Directors, including scheduling appointments, preparing and distributing materials, and arranging travel, transportation, and lodging as needed. |

Required Qualifications: High school diploma/GED |
