The Manager, Desktop Services, is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Desktop Support team, ensuring timely and effective support for faculty, staff, and students. This role provides leadership and operational management to deliver high-quality technical support services in alignment with institutional goals. The manager will lead a team of technicians to support campus-wide computing needs, manage desktop hardware and software deployments, and collaborate with other IIT teams to enhance end-user experience. The manager will also perform hands-on desktop work to address escalated issues.

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Academic Coordinator in Arnold/Main Campus
The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Academic Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the coordination and provision of high quality instruction and curriculum development in the PTA Program. Duties include instruction in a variety of formats including classroom, lab, special topics courses, distance learning, on-line instruction and coordinating and providing tutoring. The PTA Academic Coordinator is classified as core faculty for reporting to the Commission on Accreditation for Physical Therapy (CAPTE). The PTA Academic Coordinator assists in the coordination and support of accreditation projects, program surveys, program and course level assessment, program analysis, student retention, and technology integration. This position is assigned 30 FLH total (fall, spring and summer) and requires an in-person presence.

Campus Information Assistant (hourly) in Arnold/Main Campus
The Campus Information Assistant is a part-time, 20-hour or less, in-person position that supports the Information Center located in the Student Services Center. This role is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service by providing general assistance with enrollment and registration processes, guiding students on the use of MyAACC, and offering accurate directions to campus locations.The Campus Information Assistant also provides guided walking tours of the campus to prospective students, enrolled students, and other small groups. This position fosters positive communication and collaboration with faculty, staff, students, local non-profit organizations, and members of the Anne Arundel county. The position reports to the Information Center Agent.
