FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITY Under the direction of the Director of Information Technology, this position is responsible for the administration of the university’s core server infrastructure and data center systems. This includes installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, and support of Microsoft Windows Servers, Linux systems, and virtualized environments. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as technical lead on Windows Server and workstation projects. o Oversee administration of Microsoft Active Directory Services (ADS) environment. o Manage VMware/VSphere infrastructure. o Administer file and print servers. Lead development and administration of Network Attached Storage (NAS) and Storage Area Networks (SAN). Provide cross-platform application support, development, and deployment. o Develop and support SQL-based applications and PowerShell scripts. o Maintain account synchronization and integration across platforms. Maintain and support server environments: o Perform regular system backups and updates. o Troubleshoot server and workstation issues. o Install, upgrade, and patch hardware, software, and peripherals. Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline operations. Ensure documentation for systems and processes is accurate and up to date. Other duties as assigned.

Under administrative direction of the Academic Success Center Coordinator, part of Library/Academic Services this position is responsible for providing high critical retention services directly for students. Student Case Management o Work collaboratively with faculty and staff to ensure students are growing and persisting; empower and support students to develop and accomplish their personal, academic, and career goals. o Contribute to strategic initiatives related to student retention, sense of belonging, and student engagement. o Develop and deliver evolving student success support services, and assist in training other team members to implement those evolving services. o Develop and deliver training to ASC student staff. o Collaborate with other key offices/departments on campus to ensure student participation in support programs, such as Early Alert, Mentoring, and Tutoring. o Individually counsel identified students o Assist the Academic Success Center Coordinator in programming student support workshops, establishing and tracking benchmarks to report on ASC program & Early Alert success. Assist with ASC outreach and the ASC staff hiring process. o Serve as an advisor to individual students in the Conditional Admit program.
