Position Summary
The ERP Application Developer is a part of a team that develops and maintains the university's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, Ellucian Colleague. In partnership with the university's administrative offices, this position assesses data needs and implements solutions that support student success and increase operational efficiencies. This position also assists with ERP data integrations for internal and vendor-supported software.

Minimum Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or similar course of study with the following experience: Two years professional development experience; experience in higher education preferred

Job Duties
- Development Collaborate with campus partners and technical teams to evaluate data needs and develop solutions and features within the ERP Develop, test and maintain ERP system software to display, update, store, and ensure quality of enterprise data. Develop, test and maintain custom UI screens. Keep up to date on product changes relevant to areas of responsibility and communicate changes to business partners. Develop queries and reports for research, troubleshooting, supporting customer needs. Develop and maintain ERP integrations with internal and external systems. Develop documentation for custom processes
- Operations & Support. Troubleshoot issues with the ERP, data processes, and connected 3rd party systems. Work with ERP vendor support and 3rd party system support when needed to troubleshoot issues. Administer ERP system by configuring and monitoring application and ensuring availability. Load system patches and maintain customizations.
