Position Summary
Elon University School of Law invites applications from faculty candidates with law teaching experience to join the full-time faculty at our new Charlotte location, which will welcome its first full-time class in August 2027. We are interested in faculty who can teach first-year courses. The positions will start in summer 2027.
The success of Elon Law’s innovative, highly experiential, full-time 2.5-year curriculum has led us to open a second full-time law program at our campus in Charlotte, North Carolina.We seek a colleague who is eager to contribute to our mission: blending strong classroom instruction with experiential learning to fully equip a vibrant generation of practice-ready law graduates, while pursuing forward-looking scholarship and embracing excellence in teaching, mentoring, service and scholarship. Required qualifications include a J.D. or equivalent law degree, outstanding academic credentials, substantive practice experience, and admission with good standing to practice.
