The primary responsibilities are pruning, floral/shrub beds, preventative maintenance, spraying, and other landscape maintenance. This positions essential to the overall aesthetics that has been established at Elon University.

Botanical Garden Coordinator in Elon Main Campus
The Botanical Garden Coordinator is responsible for the health and appearance of the campus botanical gardens and landscape. The primary responsibilities include overall responsibility for the appearance of gardens, overseeing the design of display beds, coordinating planting and maintaining annual floral display beds, garden expansion, improvement of garden areas, acquisition of plants and materials, and landscape renovation. Other responsibilities include assisting with garden visits, marketing of the gardens, updating the gardens web pages, perennial and shrub gardens maintenance to include; mulch beds, pruning, weed control. The Botanical Garden Coordinator may be assigned other tasks or projects by the Director of Landscaping.

Assistant Men's Tennis Coach in Elon Main Campus
The Assistant Men's Tennis Coach is responsible for specifically designated aspects of the men's tennis program, exercises independent judgment in providing technical expertise in the fundamentals of the sport, teaching student-athletes basic and advanced skills, and assisting the Head Men's Tennis Coach in management of the team through recruiting, program development, fund-raising, promotional activities, and related assigned responsibilities. The Assistant Coach guides and mentors student-athletes throughout the academic year.

Assistant Director, Elon University Charlotte in Off Campus
The Assistant Director supports the work of National Campus Programs which is housed under University Advancement and External Affairs. This position helps support the Boldly Elon strategic plan. This position is based in Charlotte, NC at 330 W. Tremont Ave at the Elon University Charlotte Campus and reports to the Director of Elon Charlotte. Evening and weekend work required. Training in Elon’s Student Life policies and protocols including Title IX, inclusive excellence, student conduct, and wellness will be required. CPR training will be required within three months of starting. Position is fully in person; remote work is not available. Responsibilities include serving as the primary contact and support person for students enrolled in undergraduate academic programs. Elon Charlotte offers year-round undergraduate programs. With a focus on experiential learning, students are immersed in a mix of coursework, co-curricular activities, alumni and professional networking, and experiential learning during their time in Charlotte. This position will begin Monday, August 10, 2026.

Coordinator of Advancement Services - Gift Records in Elon Main Campus
The Coordinator of Advancement Services – Gift Records is responsible for maintaining and recording complete and accurate records for gifts and gift commitments made to Elon University. Additionally, this position will share responsibility for the correct deposit of gifts to the Bursars Office and the transmission of information to the Accounting Office. This position will support the Assistant Director of Advancement Services – Gift Records in the distribution of gift information to University Advancement, other departments and donors, as needed.
