This position is a working supervisor in the automotive shop supervising a team of 4, to include assignment of work and oversite of the preventive maintenance program as well as overseeing inventory management and purchasing of all parts and supplies. This position is responsible for performing a variety of basic and technical tasks to help with shop operation and vehicle repairs. Move vehicles in and around shop. Shop maintenance including cleaning floors, trash removal, etc. Ordering parts as needed and inputting parts into Automotive Operations System. Answer phones as needed. Other duties as needed by the Automotive Services Manager.

Assistant Men's Soccer Coach in Elon Main Campus
The Assistant Men's Soccer Coach is responsible for specifically designated aspects of the men's soccer program, exercises independent judgment in providing technical expertise in the fundamentals of the sport, teaching student-athletes basic and advanced skills, and assisting the Head Men's Soccer Coach in management of the team through recruiting, program development, fund-raising, promotional activities, and related assigned responsibilities. The Assistant Men's Soccer Coach guides and mentor's student-athletes throughout the academic year.

This Program Assistant supports the work of National Campus Programs which is housed under University Advancement and External Affairs. This position helps support the Boldly Elon strategic plan. The Elon University Charlotte Campus is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Program Assistant. This role is responsible for providing administrative support and assistance with the daily operations and vendor management of the Elon Charlotte Campus and serves as liaison with vendors and students/staff/faculty to address building maintenance, event, and access needs. The role provides program event support for the undergraduate and graduate programs housed at the campus. This position is located at the Elon Charlotte Campus in South End (330 W. Tremont Ave). This is a fully-in-person position with occasional evening work required. This person reports to the Director of Elon Charlotte.
