      Associate Director of Corporate & Employer Relations in Elon Main Campus

      The Associate Director of Corporate & Employer Relations (CER) plays a key role within Elon University’s Student Professional Development Center (SPDC), cultivating and managing external partnerships that expand access to internships, full-time employment, and other types of career experiences for students. Using a high-touch, consultative approach, the Associate Director delivers customized recruitment solutions that connect employers in the Business and Financial Services sectors with Elon talent. In addition to employer engagement, the Associate Director leads one or more strategic initiatives that support the CER team’s mission, such as coordinating external outreach for career treks or leading DEI recruiting partnerships. This role involves regular collaboration with recruiters, alumni, faculty, staff, and other members of the Elon community to foster meaningful connections and career opportunities.

    • Broadcast Engineer in Elon Main Campus

      The Broadcast Engineer assists with broadcast engineering operations and efforts. This position acts as the engineer-in-charge to support technical operations for video production and broadcasts, conducts routine maintenance for facilities, and supervises a team of Student Broadcast Engineers (student staff). This position works in close partnership with campus departments, including the School of Communications, Athletics, Event Technology Services, and Cultural and Special Programs. They provide training to student production crews and faculty on campus. They also assist in the integration and troubleshooting of our broadcast graphics packages.

    • Instructional Technologist - Maker Hub in Elon Main Campus

      The Instructional Technologist - Maker Hub position is a part of the Creative Learning Technologies Team within Teaching and Learning Technologies. This position supports the operations and instructional work of Elon University's Maker Hubs. The role balances makerspace operations, including facilities, equipment, and the supervision and development of student staff, with instructional responsibilities that advance the integration of making into teaching and learning through courses, projects, and programs. The position collaborates with faculty, staff, and students while maintaining a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment that supports creative and hands-on work.

    • Gardener in Elon Main Campus

      Gardeners are assigned to areas (zone) that they are responsible for the health and appearance of the landscape. The primary responsibilities are pruning, floral/shrub beds, preventative maintenance, spraying, and other landscape maintenance. This positions essential to the overall aesthetics that has been established at Elon University.

    • Botanical Garden Coordinator in Elon Main Campus

      The Botanical Garden Coordinator is responsible for the health and appearance of the campus botanical gardens and landscape. The primary responsibilities include overall responsibility for the appearance of gardens, overseeing the design of display beds, coordinating planting and maintaining annual floral display beds, garden expansion, improvement of garden areas, acquisition of plants and materials, and landscape renovation. Other responsibilities include assisting with garden visits, marketing of the gardens, updating the gardens web pages, perennial and shrub gardens maintenance to include; mulch beds, pruning, weed control. The Botanical Garden Coordinator may be assigned other tasks or projects by the Director of Landscaping.
