Target Hourly/Salary Rate: 17.85

Bargaining Unit Announcement: This is a bargaining unit position with American Federation of State, County & Municipal Employees (AFSCME).

Standard Work Schedule: Standard (M-F, 8-5)

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in providing leadership to administrative staff in the Eastern District consisting of eleven county offices by answering questions and solving issues. Provides training for new administrative staff which requires travel to the county office and assist in coordinating continuing education for all administrative staff and County Directors. Provide budget reconciliation and management to the eleven county offices as well as maintains budget for Eastern District office. Additionally, performs budget management of new grants and contracts that are obtained. Assist in reconciliation of Procurement Credit cards for the Eastern District.

 

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 
High School diploma + 3 years of relevant experience or an Associate's Degree + 1 year of relevant experience.

Environment: Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.
