Advertising Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Records Systems Coordinator to support the accurate management of university records. Under direct supervision, this position maintains electronic and paper records, runs routine queries, generates reports, and ensures the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive student, personnel, and financial information. The role supports timely completion of departmental work, responds to information requests in accordance with university policies, reviews data for accuracy, and helps train and guide assistants in records system procedures. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, three years of related experience (or equivalent post-secondary education), strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work accurately with confidential information in a collaborative university environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: Oversees assigned accommodations and proctored testing for students with disabilities utilizing the AIM data base, scheduling exams, communicating with students and faculty, scheduling rooms for students take exams on campus. Assists faculty with online proctored exams, as needed. Maintains data on accommodated exams and generates reports on utilization. Collaborates with the Alt Format/Assistive Technology Specialist to ensure that exams are accessible.
