Are you passionate about guiding students on their path to higher education? We’re seeking a motivated, bilingual (Spanish preferred) Admissions Advisor to represent our University in a highly visible and impactful role. In this position, your primary focus will be supporting dual credit students—high school learners earning college credit—as they transition into higher education. As an ambassador of our institution, you’ll connect with prospective students, families, schools, and community partners, helping them navigate the admissions process with confidence and clarity. You’ll manage a designated recruitment territory, travel extensively during peak seasons, and contribute to outreach efforts including events, campus visits, orientation programs, and communication campaigns. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Plans and organizes student admission, orientation or registration functions for the central university division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management. Serves as a primary point of representation and liaison with respect to student recruitment, orientation and retention programming. Reviews and compiles student applications and data university wide. Participates in the generation of program resources and in the design and development of the program operating goals, objectives, and protocols. May be responsible for maintaining official academic records, evaluating transcripts, advising potential students on admissions, orientation and registration requirements and options, and administers applicable student policies.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Associate's Degree + 2 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort
Environment: Work is normally performed indoors.
Physical Effort: Light physical effort. Effort applies to no more than two (2) hours per day.
