Job Duties and Responsibilities: The HR Partner serves as the primary human resources point of contact for assigned Colleges and Divisions, providing consultative guidance and oversight for faculty, staff, graduate assistant, and student employee employment actions. This role exercises independent judgment to ensure personnel actions are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with university policies and applicable regulations. The position supports recruitment, onboarding, employment eligibility verification, and HR system transactions and serves as a liaison between departments and central HR functional areas.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Associate's Degree + 2 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree.
