Job Duties and Responsibilities: The Testing Assistant Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining knowledge of all testing sponsors and the procedures required to obtain and manage testing paperwork for more than 200 examinations. This role schedules and proctors all sponsored and course-related exams, including High School Equivalency exams, while preparing for scheduled testing activities each day. The position ensures the security and integrity of all testing materials and provides consistent, quality customer service to students, faculty, and external testing agencies. Additional responsibilities include composing a monthly newsletter for the Student Success Center, entering and assisting with the compilation of testing data, and attending required trainings to obtain and maintain professional testing certifications, as well as other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 
High School diploma + 1 years of relevant experience, or higher degree.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort

Environment: Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment.

Physical Effort: Light physical effort. Effort applies to no more than two (2) hours per day.

Lifting Requirements: Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 10 pounds or some standing or walking.

Risk: No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
