Job Duties and Responsibilities: Manages and coordinates day-to-day operations and game day operations for all athletic events while ensuring the overall functionality and readiness of athletic facilities. Oversees the maintenance and upkeep of all facilities, including coordinating routine and preventative maintenance activities to maintain safe and high-quality environments. Assists in the planning, coordination, and implementation of facility improvements and upgrades, while overseeing multiple facility-related projects, including managing timelines, budgets, and assigned project managers. Maintains accurate records of facility projects, repairs, and improvements, and monitors progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Serves as a liaison between campus departments and third-party contractors to coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. Supports all game day responsibilities, including event setup, operations, and post-event breakdown, while assisting with overall event logistics and coordination with internal staff and external vendors. Performs other duties as assigned in support of the Athletics Department.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Associate's Degree + 2 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree.

Environment: Work involves moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.

Lifting Requirements: Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 25 pounds or standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day.
