Advertising Summary: New Mexico State University is seeking an experienced admissions operations professional to join their hard-working and dedicated team in Undergraduate Admissions. Undergraduate Admissions Processor position is responsible for the data entry of applications for undergraduate admission along with supporting credentials while ensuring a high degree of accuracy.
This position is also responsible for managing virtual student application files to ensure that they are up to date and moved from submission to completion accurately and in a timely manner. Other duties include data maintenance, ad hoc participation in testing and staying informed on procedural updates. Those with experience in data entry with the Ellucian Banner SIS and Slate CRM are strongly encouraged to apply.

Job Duties and Responsibilities: The University Undergraduate Admissions Specialist position provides customer friendly front-line services as well as behind the scenes data entry and reporting, related to student records from day of application for admission to providing diplomas and transcripts for every student who ever entered the NMSU system.
