Job Duties and Responsibilities: The IT Project Manager supports the planning, coordination, and execution of technology projects within the central IT organization. This role works closely with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager assists in the development of project plans, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, risks/assumptions, timelines, and resource needs. Collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Manage day-to-day project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within scope. Track progress against milestones, update project schedules, and escalate issues or delays to senior project staff as needed. Serve as a central point of contact for project communications. Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items. Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, change requests, risk logs, and status reports. Ensure documentation is organized, accessible, and up to date throughout the project lifecycle. Project Manager participates in post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions. Provide input on process improvements and contribute to the refinement of project management practices within the organization.

 

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience: 
Associate's Degree + 4 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree + 2 years of relevant experience.

Working Conditions and Physical Effort

Environment: Work is normally performed indoors.
