Job Duties and Responsibilities: Description: Communication roles involve crafting and disseminating clear, consistent messages to internal and external audiences to enhance organizational reputation and engagement.
The position will support college-wide social media and marketing efforts through content creation and execution, including videography, photography, and graphic design. Responsibilities include producing and editing multimedia content for all digital platforms, assisting with the implementation of marketing plans, and ensuring content aligns with established college communication goals. Additional duties include social media content creation, website updates, and posting to enhance visibility and engagement across programs and departments within the College of HEST and STEM Innovation Network.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Associate's Degree + 4 years of relevant experience or a Bachelor's degree + 2 years of relevant experience.

BA in Communication or related field.
Special Certification/Licensure:
Working Conditions and Physical Effort
Environment: Work is normally performed indoors.
Physical Effort: Light physical effort. Effort applies to no more than two (2) hours per day.
Lifting Requirements: Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 25 pounds or standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day.
Risk: No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
